About Forte Restoration:

Forte Restoration specializes in water mitigation, mold, and flood damage restoration. As we embark on this journey, we seek a Lead Technician to spearhead our efforts, ensuring excellence in service delivery and laying the foundation for the department’s culture and growth.

Job Purpose:

The Lead Technician at Forte Restoration will set the standard for excellence, demonstrating exceptional skill and leadership in disaster restoration. You will play a crucial role in satisfying our clients and shaping the department's future, offering unparalleled opportunities for professional growth and departmental leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead restoration projects for water, sewage, fire/smoke, and mold, guiding crew members effectively.

Responsibilities include customer contact, equipment setup/monitoring/teardown, demolition, site cleanup, warehouse and vehicle maintenance.

Mentor and supervise restoration technicians, setting a high standard for managing losses.

Conduct assessments and document work on sites, ensuring thorough and accurate paperwork.

Follow IICRC and company protocols strictly, maintaining vehicles and equipment.

Keep warehouse tidy and organized.

Oversee crew performance, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients, crew, and management.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in disaster restoration.

Must be a certified Technician with the IICRC.

Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Demonstrated reliability, organization, and the ability to work hard.

Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.

Clean DMV record and a valid, clean driver’s license.

Must pass a comprehensive background check.
